FAASST Tip: SCCA Novice Permit holders that complete two driver schools and two regional races are eligible for an SCCA Regional Competition License.

Experienced racers that obtain an SCCA waiver and complete the FAASST school can immediately compete in SCCA regional events.

NASA members who complete the FAASST school can obtain a NASA provisonal race license and race immediately in regional races.

All high performance drivers and racers are welcome and we encourage all SCCA Midiv, NASA, and others to join us at MAM for the next FAASST Performance Driving School.

Join FAASST Performance Driving School at Mid-America Motorplex. Designed by world-renowned designer Alan Wilson, Mid-America’s road course is a much sought after 2.23 circuit completed in 2002; 40-foot wide track surface with a tire-friendly compound that greatly reduces tire wear and promotes safer adhesion for all types of vehicles (track layout is provided below).

MAM was truly designed with club racing in mind. Safety is paramount and is obvious in the large run off areas available to racers. With 15 turns, this track offers a level of technical difficulty appealing to the pros without overwhelming those new to the track.

FAASST Gold Package - SCCA / NASA Accredited Racing School Full-day class with podium mind set for new and seasoned racers. Meets SCCA novice permit & club racing licensing requirements. Meets NASA provisonal race license requirements. 4.5 hours of track time.
FAASST Silver Package - High Performance Driving Full-Day Advanced class for high end performance car owners or for those improving their track lapping skills or adding club racing and time trial events to their agenda; 3.5 hours of track time.
FAASST Bronze Package - High Performance Driving Half-Day Driving skills and car control for drivers of high performance or street prepared cars. Class ends at noon.

Designed by world-renowned designer Alan Wilson, the track has already become a much sought after venue for many of the nation's top motor sports organizations. The track surface is second to none with an incredibly tire-friendly compound that greatly reduces tire wear, and promotes safer adhesion for all types of vehicles.
MVRG - Missouri Valley Race Group, LLC: The MVRG hosts club racing events at Mid-America Motorplex. MVRG is comprised of the Nebraska Region SCCA, Inc., and the Des Moines Valley Region SCCA, Inc.

I would like to take the time to thank the FAASST Driving School for helping me. I came to the class with only oval asphalt racing experience and had never turned a lap on a road course.

I decided to try my hand with the SM class and thought a driving school would be the best place to start. I am very pleased with my choice in the FAASST Driving School, and with your teaching.

I started the day with lap times around 1:08, and by the end of the day I had shaved five seconds off my starting time. I raced in my first two regional events the next two days and with your continued tutoring I was able to start the Sunday event in the number three qualifying position and I had the second fastest lap time of the race (1:01.71)!

Please feel free to tell anyone thinking of using the FAASST Driving School for their road racing skills that I will gladly let them know that their money will be well spent. As for me, I am now with your help Driving FAASST!
